How To Place An Order

Order through the shopping Cart

a) To find the Items you want, browse through the product list under different categories or use the search if you know the product name (keyword: for example mars series, roller pen, sitting monkey). Each time you find an item you want to purchase, click the Add to Shopping Cart button.

b) You can either Continue Shopping to browse more items, or select Checkout when you are ready. If you have to leave your Shopping Cart for any reason, you can access your selections by clicking on the Shopping Cart link from the top of the page, when you next visit our site.

c) If this is your first order with us, click on New Customer section to register a new account. If you're a returning customer, enter your e-mail address and password in the Returning Customer section. If you've forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password button. You will be asked for your username or the e-mail address on your account so that we may send you a link to change your login password.

d) You will be prompted to confirm the shipping address, which has been pre-filled according to your registration details. This is the address to where you want us to send your order; it does not have to be the same as your billing address. Please fill in a new shipping address, if you plan to send your new order to a different address from that used during registration. Click the Continue button to go to the next page.

e) Select the shipping method (normal mail or, better still, if your order exceeds S$20, free delivery to any address in Singapore) and preferred payment option: credit cards (visa/master), sending payment (cheque or money order), or PayPal (If you have a PayPal account). Click on the Continue button to go to the next page.

f) Verify all of your information - if all is in order, proceed on to Confirm & Pay For Order. If you need to make changes, click on Modify Order button to update billing, shipping, or payment information. If you've changed your mind about a purchase, click the Remove link corresponding to the item you wish to remove. You can then decide if you would like to continue Shopping, or proceed to Checkout.

g) You're done! You will be provided with billing instructions on the order confirmation page, and will receive e-mail confirmation that your order was placed.

Place a Phone Order or by E-mail

If you are still not comfortable to register an account with us despite our strict privacy policy, you can call us (Tel: (65)98184147) to place a phone order or email us (mcchiew@motto-estore.com), by telling us the product you want to purchase giving us your mailing and shipping address, mode of payment, shipping method and your contact no. and we will process your order once we receive your payment.

Corporate Accounts

If you are buying for your brick & mortal store, whether you are a sport shop, photo shop, toy shop or retail shop, you can contact us (click on the contact link from the top of the page and fill up the contact form) directly and we can offer you generous discount if your order exceeds S$200.00, we will also provide free delivery to any address in Singapore.
