Q. Do I have to register an account before placing an
order
A. Yes, you will be prompted to start an account during
the ordering process if you are a first-time user (when using the
shopping cart). Registered users will be the first to know of our
latest promotions and specials, enjoy faster and more convenient
shopping on Motto E-Store, and track the progress of their order at all
times. (Please see our Privacy policy)
PAYMENT METHOD
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept credit cards payment (VISA & Master
card) and PayPal - we are a verified seller with PayPal, where we have
been screened, hence enhancing and protecting the security of your
payment. We have been verified to ensure fraud-safe payment system in
place for you.
For those without credit card, we accept money orders or cheques drawn
on Singapore banks, or inter-bank transfers to our Standard Chartered
Bank. If you have internet banking facilities activated, payment from
any local bank is easily accepted.
SHIPPING FAQ
Q. What other additional costs do I need to pay
besides the actual cost?
A. You will also need to bear the cost of shipping. We
charge a flat rate of S$2.00 just to cover our cost for local delivery.
However, if your order exceeds S$20.00, we will deliver free of charge
to any address in Singapore. For International Shipping (Far East
region including Australia, New Zealand), we will levy a flat rate of
S$5.00 to cover cost of airmail and if your order exceeds S$50.00, we
will deliver by AirMail/SpeedPost free of charge.
A shipping calculator is provided with the shopping cart, which you can
use to calculate the shipping cost of your parcel. The cost will also
be automatically calculated once you have checked out your shopping
cart for your various items. Currently, only shipping quotes to local
addresses in Singapore are provided, for international shipping, please
contact us for a direct quote.
Q. What shipping methods do you offer?
A. For local customers, we offer normal mail, free
courier delivery, if your order exceeds S$20.00.
A. For international customers (Far East region
including Australia and New Zealand), we offer Airmail parcel post (if
weight below 2kg) and Speedpost Worldwide Air Parcel (from 0.5kg –
30kg) by Singapore Post.
Q. Can I have my order shipped to an address
different from my own?
A. We can ship your order to just about any address you
give us. When you place your order, you'll be asked to enter both
shipping and billing address - they don't need to be the same.
Q. How long after I place my order will I receive my
items?
A. Once payment has been received, the items will be
prepared for dispatch the next working day, and we will drop you an
email notification. For local deliveries, you can expect to receive the
items within 3 working days depending on our delivery schedule. For
International deliveries, you can expect to receive within 4 days – 14
days. You can also check the expected date of arrival from your order
status, under My Account.
Q. What if my items don't arrive within the estimated
date?
A. The great majority of items arrive within 3 working
days of delivery, except for those delivery arranged by our overseas
principal which will take about 4 - 14 days.
